BAT Program
Behavior analyst in training program

This program has been meticulously designed by the team at STXBI to ensure that each supervisee pursuing his or her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis, BCBA has a high quality training experience. Our goal is elevate our team members and make each of them the best BCBA they can be. Our training program covers all of the BACB's current task list content as well key areas for success including medical necessity, documentation, leadership and supervision. Our training program runs from 18 months - 42 months in length depending on the number of supervision hours the candidate is accruing per month. In addition to the individual content pacing with in vivo practice candidates meet bi-weekly as a group for trainings.
A one year commitment after passing the exam is a requirement of this program.

At present STXBI has a 100% success rate in their pass rate for individuals who have completed their supervision hours with the agency.
