Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Erin Neely, B.A., RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
RBT Lead

Raised by a mother who was a special education teacher and surrounded by other educators growing up instilled a deep love of learning and helping others learn, grow, and reach their goals and dreams early on for Erin. She began working with children at an early age whether it was helping her aunt set up her classroom and prep curriculum at the beginning of each school year or tagging along with her sister to babysitting jobs. By high school she was volunteering in her church nursery and soon her hard work and devotion to the children earned her a spot as a paid nursery employee with her church. Many years later she still works in her church nursery as the nursery coordinator and loves all the children she has been able to watch grow over the years and all the new little ones just beginning their journeys. Erin has also worked in after school programs and at day cares where she has been able to interact with children from all age groups and from all walks of life. Erin has also spent several seasons volunteering with Kinetic Kids, an organization that provides sports programs for children with special needs. While helping children learn and grow, Erin pursued her own academic goals by earning her BA in Psychology with a focus on child and  adolescent development from Southern New Hampshire University. Erin is excited to begin working in her field of study and continuing to grow and learn by joining the STXBI team and perhaps pursue a master’s focusing on ABA in the near future. When not working Erin is an avid movie-goer and enjoys reading. She also loves spending time with friends and family, putting together craft projects for the kids at church, and catching the occasional concert at Floore’s or Gruene Hall.
