Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about starting ABA therapy, insurance, and our intentionally small clinic model.

We provide specialized care across all lifespans, serving children, teens, and adults. Our ABA therapy programs are heavily tailored to the specific developmental stage, life goals, and needs of each individual patient.
Yes, most commercial insurance providers and Medicaid require a formal autism diagnosis from a physician, pediatrician, or psychologist to cover ABA therapy. If you do not have a diagnosis yet, please reach out to us and we can guide you toward trusted local diagnostic providers.
Many corporate ABA chains prioritize rapid growth, leading to crowded clinics and high staff turnover. We intentionally limit our patient roster so our BCBAs and operations team can provide deeply personalized, one-to-one focus for every single family. You will never be just a number here.
Session lengths are determined entirely by your child's medical necessity and specific goals, as outlined in their individualized treatment plan. A session might range from 2 to 4 hours, and therapy schedules typically range from 10 to 40 hours per week.
Our administrative team handles this completely free of charge. Simply navigate to our Contact page, provide us with your basic information, and we will run a complimentary benefits check to explain your specific coverage options, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expectations before you commit to anything.
